The hotel's location was ideal and allowed for easy access to nearby transportation stations. the room I stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean. I found the hot springs with a waterfall to be an outstanding feature of the hotel. the shuttle service provided by the hotel was free and efficient.
The hotel had a lovely souvenir store, but unfortunately, the attendant was unavailable for two consecutive days.

The spacious and clean room provided us with all the comfort we needed. The hotel staff was efficient, making for fast check-in and check-out. its awesome location just 5 minutes away from the train station saved us time for transportation. Last but not least, the hotel's shuttle service was a great convenience, and we appreciated not having to wait for 5-6 people to fill the car.
Nothing negative to say.

The hot springs were amazing! I loved the waterfall and the service from the staff was really fast and friendly. The shuttle service was a huge plus and it was great that we didn't have to wait for ages for it to fill up. The location was unbeatable, only a 5-minute walk from the train station. The room was also spacious and clean, I felt right at home.
The souvenir store was a bit disappointing as it was closed for two straight days with only a small note explaining that the seller was out for a few minutes. Would have been great to shop for some local goods there.

The hotel offered a free shuttle service, which was very convenient and did not require a minimum number of people. the hot springs were excellent with a beautiful waterfall adding to the experience. Our room was spacious and clean. the hotel had a great location, only a 5-minute walk to the train station and nearby attractions.
The souvenir store was closed for two days as the staff member was away, leaving a small note. This was disappointing as we were looking forward to browsing the store.
